Software Training – Maxx Mitchell
This lesson outlines the required system knowledge and procedural expectations for the Maxx Mitchell tax preparation software.
Please note:
Hands-on software access is granted only after successful completion of all Fundamentals Training modules. The training videos and live system walkthroughs for Maxx Mitchell are housed inside the software platform itself and will become available once eligibility is confirmed.
This page serves as a required preparatory lesson to ensure all preparers understand system responsibilities, access controls, and usage standards prior to entering the live environment.
The purpose of this lesson is to prepare tax preparers for proper system usage once access is granted. This ensures consistency, compliance, and data integrity across all client files prepared under Mitchell’s Tax & Financial Solutions.
All preparers must complete this lesson before receiving software credentials.
This lesson establishes expectations for:
Software access requirements and approval process
User role permissions and system security standards
Client file structure and organization requirements
Documentation upload and record retention protocols
Data accuracy and internal review responsibility
Transmission authority and approval hierarchy
Detailed system demonstrations, screen recordings, and live workflow training are provided within the Maxx Mitchell software after access is activated.
Before receiving software login credentials, preparers must:
Complete all Fundamentals Training modules
Review and acknowledge system responsibility policies
Receive internal approval for system access
Once access is granted, preparers will complete:
In-software training videos
Guided workflow simulations
Required system acknowledgments
The Maxx Mitchell software contains confidential taxpayer information protected under IRS regulations and firm security policies. Unauthorized access, improper usage, or deviation from approved procedures may result in immediate access revocation or disciplinary action.
System access is a privilege granted upon completion of required training and is subject to ongoing compliance review.
